At Actiherb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, herbal products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Please note that banking or card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
