At Actiherb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, herbal products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note that banking or card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
