• Delivery is available to most cities and governorates.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within Cairo and Giza: 2–4 business days.

• Other governorates: 3–7 business days, depending on the location.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
